Our first stop is Coral Island, a quick 10km hop from Phuket. Swim and snorkel among the coral and fish, or simply lounge on the sandy beach. Several water sports kiosks operate here – you can opt to hire a kayak or parasail at Ke He Beach – or go crazy at your own photo session!

Pro tip: At Banana (Ke He) Beach, you can find excellent walking paths through the forest to the wild beaches nearby, home to some interesting animals and birds including hornbills.

Lunch is a delicious affair with a full island-style buffet catering to every palate. Choose from fried mixed vegetables, deep fried chicken, Thai noodles, fried fish, squid soup, veggie salads, fried and steamed rice, and seasonal fruit – yum!

At Raya Island, we’ll begin at Patok Bay, home to crystal clear waters and a powdery white beach. We’ll relax a bit here before continuing for more snorkeling at Khon-Khea Bay and Siam Bay – secluded sanctuaries that many have described as heaven on earth. Blue starfish, pufferfish, and young barracuda have been sighted in these parts.
