<p>There is nothing like waking up in the morning to meet and greet a group of elephants. These gentle giants are sure to teach travellers what it means to love the outdoors.<br />

The trip will start at 6:30am, as you are picked-up from their hotel. You will meet your tour guide at a Karen Village, where you will take a 10-15min. walk to the sanctuary. Once you arrive, you will change into traditional Karen attire. By 9:00am, the elephants are introduced. You can feed, play, and pet the animals, as you learn about their history and behaviour. For the next hour, you will be able to give the elephants a mud spa and bath. When lunch hits, you will eat a traditional Thai meal and say goodbye to your pachyderm buddies. You will return to Chiang Mai by 12:00pm and be dropped off at your hotel by 1:30. Throughout the whole trip, transportation is provided to and from the hotel. This tour promotes a sustainable relationship between humans and elephants.</p>
