In the evening, you&rsquo;ll be picked up from your hotel and brought to the Wan Fah, which is a Thai-style luxury boat with a red lacquered interior and ornate Thai decor. There are three dinner menu options&mdash;vegetarian, seafood and classic Thai&mdash;catering to all palates. The seafood-heavy menu offers crispy rice served with minced shrimp, deep fried patties with shrimp, and mushroom and Asparagus served with sweet plum sauce as appetizers. For the main course, guests can choose from grilled saba fish with soya sauce or grilled mixed seafood, followed by a dessert option of tropical fresh fruits and other classic Thai sweets.

Vegetarians will have the appetizer option of deep fried mixed vegetable tempura or sauteed fresh and dried mixed fruit; main course options are fried black mushrooms with red sauce, special bean curd soup or fried mixed vegetables with steamed rice. For those keen on a traditional Thai meal, appetizer options will be the same as those of the seafood menu with the added main courses of chicken thigh in massaman curry, steamed seafood cake in banana leaf or fried shrimps with broccoli. After a dinner cruise replete with fantastic food and classic Thai music, you and your satiated appetite will be taken back to your hotel.
