Our first stop of the day is the Khlong Toei Market, the largest fresh market in Bangkok. We’ll watch the vendors sell their produce to the busy locals and stroll along the stalls, taking in the sights, smells, and sounds.

“Incredible market primarily for food. Showcased in a number of foodie programs such as Andrew Zimmer’s and the late Andrew Bourdain. Don’t wear sandals or flip flops as this is a wet market!”Reslimpan, China

From there, we’ll board the iconic tuk-tuk and head to the pier, where we’ll board a ferry that’ll take us across the Chao Phraya River. The bike trip will take us to Bang Krachao, also called the ‘Bangkok Jungle’ or Bangkok’s ‘Green Lung’. The latter is one of the rare places in Bangkok where you’ll find yourself immersed in greenery and trees. We’ll spend our time exploring this artificial oasis, passing through banana trees, coconut plantations, and local houses.

“We did a bike ride through “Green Lung” which I highly recommend! Had fun exploring and getting lost in the many little streets of this wonderful area!”Jillian M, USA

We’ll stop at a public park and feed the fish before making our way to a Muay Thai school where we can observe students practicing this beloved Thai sport. We’ll visit a local Buddhist temple next and stop at a neighbourhood Thai restaurant for lunch before taking the ferry back across the river to Khlong Toei pier.
