A night on the town where we hit the historic center of Bangkok hoping to grab as much of the city as we can. So we cycle off: think adrenaline in your veins, a swift pace, city lights, and picturesque scenes. The nights are when the crowds have dispersed, the infamous traffic is avoidable, and the hot sun has gone – at this time, there is hardly anything better for getting to know the streets than freely biking your way through. Even the locals will tell you that the night’s climate is the most pleasant for getting around.
We can admit that part of the charm of a bike tour is imagining ourselves on that classy ride looking easy breezy. (Come on, you can admit it too.) Whether you’re that easy breezy biker or a nervous novice, this 15-kilometer ride will have sights well worth the trip.
But if you’re breaking a sweat at the thought, take comfort here: we’ll invigorate ourselves with a warm dinner by Wat Kalayanamit, a Buddhist temple that sits by the Thonburi side of the Chao Phraya river. This popular temple is home to the country’s largest sitting Buddha image. Outside, after seeing the prayer hall, we will have our fill of authentic Thai dishes.
We’ll also bike by several other temples: the Santa Cruz Church (also known as Wat Kudijeen), Wat Hongrattanaram, and Wat Arun. These kinds of temples are iconic of the cityscapes of Bangkok. Wat Arun is known for having one of Thailand’s highest towers, an impressive sight when illuminated at dusk.
The trip ends with Sanam Luang, a large open field situated in front of the Grand Palace. Sanam Luang is bordered by interesting establishments, ideal for shopping for your classic souvenirs and odd trinkets. In the light of day, Sanam Luang is a mostly threadbare field, but at night and by bike, it is great for traveling.

Very relaxed night even we keep doing bike riding, nice temperature during evening, felt the breeze and view the city, the food we tried are all amazing, also super lucky to get someone to share, otherwise you will be so full;) Perfect night for my whole trip to Bangkok.
This was a great evening workout. My legs were tired during the first half of the trip, but once I had dinner with the lovely locals, I was able to bike further. While I was biking around Bangkok, I got to see so many temples lit and discover great places to appease my late night cravings. Seriously, I was having so much fun I didn't even realize taht the whole tour took 6 hours.
