Feel like doing something before visiting Chiang Mai's famous night market? Why not hop on a bike and get to experience the city's transition from day to night!
This cycling tour is more than a search for Chiang Mai's best eats. A lot of stops will be made, and each one is abundant with learning opportunities. First, you will stop by Miss Nong and taste her high-quality, 100% fresh juices. Next, you will cycle through the old city of Chiang Mai and visit religious sites like Wat Intakin. The next destination after that will be the market. By this hour, night has taken over day. While in the market, you will finally taste the authentic flavors of Thailand. You will also see how the locals prepare their favorite dishes, and get to shop for more goods. As you eat, you are taught how to eat Thai food correctly to be able to get the full flavor of the meal. On the way back, you will make your last stop at Mae Salong tea for desserts. Bikes and safety gear are included in this package. Getting to the tour guide's meeting point is at the expense of the participants.

Right after the tour I was sleeping happy. I thought Thai food was all curry and spices, and after visiting the market, I was proven wrong. I'm not afraid to challenge my palate any longer. Everything I ate was a beautiful mix of flavors. And the dessert I had at the end was literally the cherry on top of my day!
This is definitely the best thing to do while exploring Chiang Mai's afterhours. Biking at night was such a blast. I was also surprised that this tour included visiting a couple of temples, and I must say that it did build up my appetite. I'm already missing the food there in Chiang Mai.
