About
Got a spare day in your Bangkok vacay? Spend your afternoon with the gentle and intelligent elephants at ElephantsWorld feeding, bathing, and playing with them before heading to River Kwai for a sunset paddle board lesson.
We’ll pick you up from your accommodation or meet you at the meeting point before beginning our journey to ElephantsWorld. Situated just outside Kanchanaburi, the environmental conservation organization provides the best care possible to the 30 or so elephants in their elephant sanctuary, making sure that they work for the elephants and not the other way around.
“It's amazing, the elephants are so cared for at this facility. You can look into their eyes and see just how happy and loved they are.” — Shelley, Canada
Once we arrive, we’ll get an introduction and safety briefing and tuck into a buffet lunch before meeting the elephants. After we’ve filled up on some tasty meals, we’ll prepare food for the elephants to eat before meeting them and giving them a mud bath. We’ll then head to the river to rinse off the mud, before interactive shower and feeding time.
“Fabulous day! This was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. Such a wonderful place. We enjoyed all the activities with the elephants. Lunch was also delicious! You’ll love the experience!” — Eileen, USA
After saying goodbye to our newfound friends, we’ll head to the River Kwai, where we’ll hop on some paddle boards and cruise through the water while waiting for the sun to set over the horizon.
