Vietnam’s second-largest city is a melting pot of Asian culture and charming European-style architecture. Crossing the path of whizzing scooters is a right of passage, as if perching on a red stool and tucking into delicious pho and bun cha. Bottom line? Hanoi is a sensory overload of sights, tastes, smells and experiences – hence why we’re taking you exploring!

Over the course of the day, we’ll take you around some of the best spots in the city for history and culture starting with the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. The final resting place of the revolutionary leader is a popular attraction for both locals and tourists. Before stopping for a tasty local lunch, we’ll stop at Tran Quoc Pagoda (the oldest Buddhist temple in the city) and Bat Trang Pottery Village where you can pick up your souvenirs.

The itinerary is as exciting and action-packed for the afternoon as we explore some of the city’s most historical attractions including Ngoc Son Temple on Hoan Kiem Lake and the architectural beaut that is the Temple of Literature. We’ll finish the day at Hanoi’s Old Quarter, a charming maze of local eateries, coffee shops and local life.
