After a spectacular sunrise, we&rsquo;ll soak up local life and bustling market vibes at Duy Hai Fish Market before returning to your accommodation.

If you&rsquo;re more of a night owl than a morning bird, we&rsquo;ll tour Tra Que Vegetable Village from 4.30pm, learning about the area&rsquo;s organic farming process and settling on the riverside for a coffee.
