We&rsquo;ll begin the Muay Thai class in the afternoon. After picking you up from your accommodations, we&rsquo;ll head to the local boxing gym where we&rsquo;ll be given a short introduction and warm-up before beginning our class.

One of the most beloved sports in all of Thailand, Muay Thai is a mixed martial art that is similar to boxing, but also introduces the use of legs, elbows, arms, and shins. Learn the basics of the national sport and work up a sweat as you practice kicks, strikes, and punches.
