In this survival course, you will learn how to hold your breath for much longer with ease, as well as manage stress so that the panic doesn't kick in as hard if you're ever caught in an untoward situation. In just one day, surfers can learn how to hold their breath for over 4 minutes! Mike's signature training method involves all the elements of oxygen conservation and human movement underwater while also making the learning fun. After learning how to hold your breath for three to four minutes at a time, as well as various stress-management methods, your surfing will definitely level up! Transportation and accommodation is included in this experience.</p>
