If you've always wanted to learn a new sport but haven't had the time, take a week off and come with us to Ko Samui. This activity is for all experience levels, open to beginners and professionals alike. Learn alongside our experienced trainers, where you will have 2 sessions a day for one week. Each day of training will be based on your level of fitness and experience. The gym is located to the southwest, a quiet part of the island. This ensures that you have absolute focus and won't get distracted.
Bring a week's worth of clothes, money for any extra expenses and prepare to have fun while learning how to defend yourself. The price includes 2 sessions per day, accommodation, drinking water and an instructor/trainer. By the end of the week, your body will feel fit and supple from the intense workout. It's also perfect for people who want to build lean muscle, and it can help you feel safe while walking at night, as it is a great form of self-defense.

I was excited for this trip, as the last time I've learned a martial art was years ago. My trainer was very kind and encouraging even when I wanted to give up. Perfect place to learn how to defend yourself, would recommend to friends!
I wanted to pick up a few moves so I could defend myself, if I needed to. Training for a week was completely worth it! It was quiet and the trainer was very patient. It took awhile for me to get used to it, but I'll definitely be continuing this sport! Would recommend to anyone looking to keep themselves safe.
