<p>Walking, biking, and riding a riverboat are just some of the common ways to view Thailand. But if you are looking for something different to ride on, you can do so on top of an elephant&#39;s back.<br />

This tour makes sure that the your experience with the elephants is as authentic and humane as possible. After you are picked up from your hotel or guesthouse, you will be briefed shortly about the animals. Once you arrive, you will meet their pachyderm buddies and begin feeding them. After an hour of introductions, it will be time to ride on the elephants. You will be secured on top of the elephants, as you traverse through the forest. You will hear the sounds of the animal&#39;s footsteps, as you are surrounded by local flora and fauna. Around 12:00pm you will have lunch. And by 1:00pm, you will have the chance to bathe the pachyderms. At the end of your experience, you are dropped-off to Chiang Mai where you can explore the city on your own. Transportation will be provided throughout the trip and the professional elephant handlers will be present at all times.</p>
