Pinglin Tea Plantation: After a brief history lesson, we&rsquo;ll proceed to the plantation itself where we&rsquo;ll take in the vast land covered in vibrant tea plants. We&rsquo;ll watch the local farmers tend to the tea and even get the chance to sample some of the plantation&rsquo;s famous Pouchong tea.

Noodle Making Class: Right before our stomachs start growling, we&rsquo;ll put our cooking skills to the test in a noodle making class. We&rsquo;ll learn how to make traditional, fresh noodles and get to eat our finished product together with a simple lunch.

Thousand Island Lake: Our last stop of the day is the Thousand Island Lake &ndash; although the name itself is quite deceiving as it neither has a thousand islands nor is it a lake. This body of water is actually a result of the creation of the Feicui Reservoir merging with the water from the Beishi River. The turquoise water and lush green landscapes make it the perfect picturesque spot to take some photos to remember your day by.
