About
Up for an adventure? Cycling through Bali’s rustic terrain and marvel at some of the island’s scenic spots. Discover revered temples, majestic waterfalls, and lush rice terraces as you follow your experienced guide.
Option A:
In this tour option, we’ll visit Tirta Empul (also known as the Holy Water Temple). Built in the 10th century during the Warmadewa Dynasty, this religious temple holds significant importance to the Balinese as a place for holy purification. See both locals and visitors bathe in the sacred pools and get a chance to participate in the purification ceremony before heading to our next destination.
“A very spiritual place in Bali to experience the Hindu rituals as well as nature. The temple is situated amidst a forest which gives a very pleasant feel inside the temple.” — Hopeless Nomad, Malaysia
After Tirta Empul, we’ll start cycling and head to the Tegenungan Waterfall, a glorious cascade near Ubud. You can choose to take a dip in the refreshing waters or take photos of the scenery before we stop for lunch.
Our last stop of the day will be the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, one of Bali’s famous attractions. Stroll along the lush green terraces and take in the view of the abundant jungles nearby before we head back to your accommodation.
Option B:
In this tour option, we’ll start with a drive to Kintamani, before getting on our bikes to cycle to Tirta Empul. The revered Holy Water Temple houses several pools used for holy purification with many visitors bathing in the shallow waters.
Next we’ll head to the Tibumana Waterfall, one of Bali’s hidden gems. The impressive waterfall is situated in the middle of a tropical rainforest and is a great place to cool down and take a few photos.
“Tibumana was great. I managed to get some fantastic photos (without anyone else in the background) and have an enjoyable swim at the base of the falls. Best natural swimming spot I’ve visited in Bali! Would definitely recommend this as the top waterfall destination in the area!” — Booktings
After taking a dip in the cool waters, we’ll stop for lunch before heading to our last stop, Kanto Lampo Waterfall. This rugged collection of rocks with a cataract of water streaming down makes for a great place to rest and wade around before we head back to your accommodation.
