Spend 2.5 hours in the kitchen, set inside a charming 100-year-old ancestral Thai house (don&rsquo;t fret, there&rsquo;s aircon!). Once you&rsquo;ve cooked up a storm, your feast will be served &ndash; tuck in! You&rsquo;ll make classic Pad Thai, fresh tom yum goong soup, a curry dish (creamy massaman, nutty panang or spicy green curry) and a tasty dessert of mango sticky rice.
