Get off Siem Reap’s cliché tourist track and glimpse local gems on a colourful and speedy VESPA. This trip is also perfect for those tired of wearing out their feet/knees/ankles on the rocky terrain of the archaeological complex.
Many a traveller has visited this part of the world without ever knowing what local denizens do on a daily basis, but you won’t be like them. This tour will take you through the Cambodian countryside on the fringes of the great Angkor Wat. Along the way, you’ll definitely be interacting with more than a few characters, as they go about their daily rituals: gathering Sugar Plum Juice, displaying tropical fruit/ingredients at the market and seeking out blessings from Khmer spiritual leaders. You can even ask to get your fortune told!
Get behind the scenes of the Angkor’s main attractions, as you ride into ongoing excavations (seasonal). Hardly anyone gets the chance to see the yet-unveiled temple ruins; in fact, you won’t be encountering too many tourists throughout your breezy day in the outdoors.
Finally, you’ll park at a scrumptious picnic spot with a view of the rice fields. Your day will end with one last ride back to your hotel or requested drop-off location.

Excellent experience and worth every single cent of it. I was travelling alone from Vietnam where I did my first Vespa experience. This one in Siem Reap is a full day tour to discover the countryside and the way people live in Cambodia, with local riders. I met a group of 3 Italian guys in the group who made my day. Lots of fun, and incredible nice vibe from the crew at Vespa. The highlight for me is the visit to the temple to have revealing chats with the monks.
The best experience ever!. We visited so many spots off the beaten path with our Vespa drivers and obviously our guide Preak who was inconceivably educated. Would recommend this experience to anybody wanting to discover an alternate side to Siem Reap and have a glimpse of the Cambodian life. The Vespa was an incredible approach to see it all. Thanks for organizing such a great trip!
This visit opened our eyes to the average way of life in Cambodia, we adored it! Our visit guides were perfect, they disclosed everything to us (even controversial topics such as politics and Khmer killings). We generally felt safe while riding the Vespa. At the very beginning we have a driver for each of us in the group but after a while (and proving my bike skills, they allowed me to drive the whole tour by myself). The visit begins with a palm juice tasting - so great! We got our fortunes told and gifts by a priest. We additionally attempted some fascinating natural products, restorative plants and sticky rice. The lunch was also extraordinary!
Excellent ride with Vespa motorcycles around the local markets and countryside. We visited a food market where you can find almost everything, insects (to eat) included. We visited West Mebon, a man-made island & temple (built in the 11th century). We also had the opportunity to visit a monastery and have the chance to speak with a fortune teller who actually predicted quite well what would happen with my relationship (yeah, I broke up). By the end of the day we had a short cooking class to learn how to wrap the spring rolls. A wonderful experience, a great tour guide, and fantastic crew with me that day.
Real unique experiences exploring the local countryside with Vespa motorcycles. the tour guides and Motorbike drivers speak perfect english and are very knowleadgable about the country's history, culture and life. We wen pt through different markets, villages trying local food and having the chance to interact with local people during their daily routines. We took a boat to visit a temple under reconstruction and on thhe way back we have the chance to talk with monks in a temple and read our future with a local fortune teller. Overall experience was fantastic and I would encourage all travelers to try it if you want to deeply understand the cambodian way of living.
