Tulum and Gran Cenote Tour – Full Day

If you find yourself on the Yucatan Peninsula and are craving an activity outside and a relaxing walk, you can jump on this full day tour that will have you exploring the ancient ruins of Tulum and swimming in the Gran Cenote.

We’ll start the day’s adventure with an early pick up before heading to the city of Tulum and visiting its ruins. Once we arrive, we’ll go on a guided tour and learn about this 13th century archaeological site from a federal guide.

After digesting the Mayas rich history, we’ll have some time to wander around the stunning area and take pictures of the pyramid-shaped temples surrounded by lush greenery and set against the backdrop of the Caribbean Sea.

After looking our fill, we’ll head to the Gran Cenote, a cavernous natural pool that was once considered a sacred place by the Maya people. We’ll have some time to take in this natural wonder, swim in the clear waters, and snorkel with the colorful fishes before making our way back to Cancun and Playa del Carmen.
