On a hot day, cool down with an adrenaline-pumping adventure on the white water rapids of the Mae Taeng River. We&rsquo;ll begin the day early picking you up from your hotel, and then driving through the Thai countryside to our starting point.

Before donning our safety gear, we&rsquo;ll enjoy a delicious traditional lunch as we listen to a thorough briefing from our instructor. We&rsquo;ll then don our helmets and life jackets, taking up our paddles before boarding our rafts &ndash; and down the rapids we go!

This trip will cover at least 10 km of river rafting, along villages and elephant camps by the river. We&rsquo;ll start slow with around 3km of practice rowing, following our guide&rsquo;s commands. After the exciting yet beautiful ride, get ready for two big drops to end the day with a splash!
