Did you know there are wild waterfalls, jungle and hiking opportunities just a couple of hours from Bangkok? After an early start from the meeting point, we’ll ease you into the day with spectacular nature at Erawan National Park. After stopping for a local lunch, we’ll head for a hike to Erawan Waterfall known for its 7 natural drops and refreshing swimming holes.

Once you’ve experienced the beauty of Southern Thailand, we’ll get back on the road towards the JEATH Museum. This poignant site details the tragic deaths of the Prisoners of War who built Thailand’s railways under the Japanese occupation. While it’s not an upbeat excursion, it’s a highly worthwhile and important one while visiting Thailand.

For the final stop of the tour, we’ll visit the Bridge Over the River Kwai itself. Surrounded by scenic limestone mountains, this destination labelled the ‘death railway’ is a must. Once our tour guide has explained the history and you’ve had time to walk the bridge yourselves, we’ll safely transfer you back to your accommodation after a moving and memorable day out.

‘‘We love walking across the bridge over the water and taking our time and enjoying the sites.’’Jaz, Thailand
