On arrival to the local village, we&rsquo;ll be treated to a traditional Fijian welcome ceremony and have the opportunity to try kava, every local&rsquo;s favourite earthy beverage.

After touring the village, visiting a local school and chatting with the islanders, you&rsquo;ll begin an authentic Fijian cooking course thanks to the locals&rsquo; culinary knowledge. Tasty meal in belly, we&rsquo;ll head back to Nadi full of food and stories of local hospitality!
